How the personal data sent through the contact form is handled.

Data collected
The contact form collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the type of project and your message. No other data is requested.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to your request and send you a quote. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a project are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then in line with the legal obligations for keeping accounting records.
Recipients
Your data is read by Alexandre Coury only. It is never sold, transferred or used for marketing by third parties. It is stored with the website host, IONOS, in the European Union.
Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it by writing to alexandre.coury@aurea-media.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and no trackers requiring consent. Traffic is measured with the Independent Analytics plugin, installed on our own server: it uses no cookies, shares no data with third parties and only produces anonymous statistics (page views, traffic sources). Google Search Console, used to monitor the website's visibility in Google, sets no cookies on your device.
